It is a transparent filler masterbatch,which our company specially developed for high quality film.It uses high quality raw materials and offers stable quality and processing property,mainly usd in superior quality packing film which our customers have high requirements in better film dispersibility ,better surface appeatance and wonderful printing.

Feature:

High transparency.Applicating about 10% PE transparent masterbatch to the plastic products will not affect transparency and the color and luster,which is the same as the new raw products.It is advantage of this product that any other filler masterbatches can not provide.High dispersibility.It has excellent dispersibility when used in blowing film.When application ratio reaches 30%,The products will not appear color point.High smoothness.When application ratio reaches about 30% in blowing film,It will not affect mechanical properties and has a little influence on the color of film.,The film has high smoothness and has little influence on printing property later.High heat endurance.when bolwing film with high application ratio under high temperature,The film will not appear bubble or make film crack because of volatile matter produced by masterbatch which cannot bear high temperature.Economy.Polyolefin resin masterbatch of full transparency.When applicated to the plastic products,It can save some resins and obviously reduce the cost,save nonrenewable resource and conform to environmental production requirement.

Tests are required before use in mass production,as production technology and applications of the customers vary. When used in other technics and resins,please make experiments and inspect its stability,We do not recommend.
