It is a filler masterbatch,which our company specially developed for high quality film.It uses high quality raw materials and offers stable quality and processing property,mainly usd in superior quality packing film which our customers have high requirements in better film dispersibility ,better surface appeatance and wonderful printing.

Application:PE Blown film, PE injection moulding

Feature:

Safe and no poisonous.The product does not contain heavy metal,has no fluorescent substance .All additives used conform to Chinese State Food and Health Agency ,and is of food and medicine grade. High dispersibility.It has excellent dispersibility when used in blowing film.When application ratio reaches 70%,The products will not appear color point.High smoothness.When application ratio reaches about 25% in blowing film,It will not affect mechanical properties and has a little influence on the color of film.,The film has high smoothness and has little influence on printing property later.High heat endurance.when bolwing film with high application ratio under high temperature,The film will not appear bubble or make film crack because of volatile matter produced by masterbatch which cannot bear high temperature.

Tests are required before use in mass production,as production technology and applications of the customers vary. When used in other technics and resins,please make experiments and inspect its stability,We do not recommend.
